To embark upon this small project of taking on the global perception of the beefburger(!) Roland left his career in the film industry (last project was Working Title/Richard Curtis's 'The Boat That Rocked') and Miranda left her job of five years as Sir David Frost's PA. They swapped London, lattes and their Virgin gym membership for for the farm, beefburgers and two pairs of muddy boots!
