New for 2008, let us introduce the Food Icons Theatre, where we’ll be bringing you a top line up of your food heroes.

 Heston Blumenthal will be joining us Live on Friday 14th November 2008.

He'll be giving a one hour talk inspired by his research for the television programme ‘Heston Blumenthal – Further Adventures In Search of Perfection Christmas special 2007’. Discover how his multi-sensory eating experience can be used to capture the memory of Christmas when creating the biggest meal of the year and learn how his unique creativity can trigger our senses of sound, touch, sight, smell and taste.

Tickets cost £50 and include entry to the show and an hour long theatre session with Heston himself.  Show times are 1pm and 3pm, but places are limited so book your tickets now to avoid disappointment.
